How it started.

Our adventure began when we took over a little dessert shop in heart of Leicester City. It served a variety of delicious pancakes and waffles, but nothing could beat the fresh tasty Liege waffles. So began a journey to create the best pearl sugar waffles outside of Belgium.
2021

First Milestone

Covid was a challenge that tried to drag us down, but our passion for perfecting pearl sugar waffles never wavered. Instead when our sugar supplier gave up, we doubled down and paid the extra to import from Belgium. We wanted to maintain the authenticity.
2023

Growing Strong

Over the year, locally we gained a cult following. Our customers told us, these waffles were the best outside of Belgium. We're not arguing with our European neighbours.
2024

New Horizons

We loved the shop, but a new adventure beckoned. It started our journey focusing online, especially our unique C40 Pearl Sugar. But we like meeting people so we continue to serve at special events like weddings and birthdays.
